Hi all Family of 4, kids 9 and 6 living South Coast NSW. We run an independent fruit and veg store which keeps us busy so are looking to maximise our time off with a house swap. We like adventure and outdoors exploring new areas as well as city time and eating good food! We have a 8yr old Aussie bull dog who is super friendly with people and dogs and can be energetic but loves to laze around the house (mostly outdoors).

We live on the edge of Bingie National Park, surrounded by trees and wildlife our home is set on 1 hectare , 1km back from the beach.
Bingie dreaming track is a very popular walk that can be reached from our back gate. A bush track runs down to the beach or for those less adventurous follow the road to Meringo beach . 15min walk.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and a guest room down stairs with its own full bathroom.

Lots of outdoor areas for kids to play, pirate ship cubby, trampoline etc. There is an outdoor entertaining area with fire pit.
We have birds everywhere! Kangaroos and wallabies are common in the area including on our block. Worth mentioning that with the roos come ticks and if in the bush or garden is not uncommon to get a grass tick. We have plenty of remidies in the house.
Also when bush walking keep an eye out for snakes.
