Looks like holiday cabin with 2 levels and surrounding garden. Full access to wooden decks on front and rear. Fully equipped with modern kitchen with gas cooktop, 2 showers, bathroom and laundry. There are 2 toilets (one on each level). Plunge coffee makers.
A/C whole house with additional fans for the upper level.

The things we love about living here

We live within 10 minutes or 1km of the town centre with easy access across the new bridge. There are so many opportunities to access shoreline and beaches of the big Clyde River estuary and the main Pacific Ocean coast.
We have also areas of mangrove with boardwalks and unspoilt eucalypt forest.
All the major shopping chains are present, many coffee shops, excellent restaurants and a cinema complex. Brand new swim centre with gymnasium and theatre. ‘’The Pavilion’’
