We are an active retired couple that enjoy walking, cycling and many other local activities. I regularly do yoga, Pilates and line dancing and Dave plays tennis and fishes. We have a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse with study and double garage that overlooks a canal and the Tweed River. We are walking distance to the shops (about 1km), the Library, Tweed Bowls Club, Twin Towns Club, cafes and restaurants abound and surf beaches are 1.5km.

Townhouse with 3 bedrooms but 1 is currently used as a sitting room. There are 2 queen beds. The main bedroom and ensuite is downstairs with the other bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with balcony upstairs.
The kitchen lounge area is open plan with a separate dining area. There is a study, laundry and toilet, courtyard and double garage. At the back there is a small patio.
