We are a retired couple who live an active lifestyle and enjoy travel, gardening and the outdoors. Our work lives were as executives in Health Care. We have enjoyed house-swaps in many locations in Australia, France England and New Zealand. We can provide references / recommendations if required. We are happy to swap with families but our house in not really safe for young babies and toddlers due to internal stairs and our steep driveway. Unfortunately We cannot have pets at our property due to family allergies. We may be able to arrange non simultaneous swaps depending on the time of year.

2 story modern residence close to city. Whisper quiet location . Pool and pool area are resort style for relaxing and enjoying the Queensland weather. Master had a king size bed and ensuite with double shower. Queen bedroom upstairs with an adjacent bathroom (bath and shower) and separate toilet. The upstairs area has a lounge and TV room with a small balcony with city views.
The kitchen, laundry and living/dining room area are downstairs with an additional powder room.
The kitchen has all new European appliances.
The whole house has ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
