Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Peregian Springs, Sunshine Coast, QLD
My wife Susan and I have been living in Australia since 2017. I am 72 still active with walking and golf, Susan is 64 like me enjoys the same pursuits. We have a son and grandchildren living close by who keep us on our toes. In August of this year, we have to go offshore to apply for a new visa hence the reason for wanting to swap. We have found swaps for September and October but still looking for November.

The house was built in 2020 and is located in a quite square. It has ducted AC along with solar. The master bedroom is ensuite with large wardrobes. The other bedrooms are all double with good storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside has been landscaped to a high standard with lockable gates either side of the house.
