This is a low set home on a large block overlooking Centenary Lakes and two minutes' walk to shops. It is a 30-minute drive to Bribie Island surf beach and 45-minute drive to the Sunshine Coast. Ten-minute walking distance to the railway station (an hour to Brisbane central) It is a well-equipped home and easy to manage. Drive in lock up garage and lots of parking space on the block.
