House Swap with us

We are a family of 4 - two adults, a 3 year old and a baby. We lived in Sydney until 2022 and are keen to find a base to come back and visit family friends. We love travelling and are also open to holidays in other locations!

The House

The House

Our house is a warm and cosy three bedroom terrace located in Leyton, East London. Downstairs is the kitchen plus open plan living and dining room opening out onto the garden. Upstairs is a large master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms and a bathroom. We moved in a year ago so it’s freshly decorated and we keep it clean and tidy.

The things we love about living here

  • We’re well located for public transport to explore all London has to offer. With a 20 minute walk or short bus ride you can jump on the Victoria line, Central Line or overground lines and get pretty much anywhere.
  • Leyton itself is buzzing neighborhood with a mix of cultures. Our house is 15 minute walk from either Leyton Francis Road or Walthamstow Village, both cute pedestrianised streets lined with independent shops and cafes.
  • There are lots of local hidden gems, from restaurants to yoga studios, everything you need is within easy reach.
