We are a couple of professionals over 50, Tony is a Chemical Engineer, Inma is a Non Executive Director. We have 3 adult children that don't live with us anymore but sometimes one or two might travel with us. We are mad outdoors people, we love walking and trekking and going out to restaurants. We love dogs and can look after animals in general.

The House

Beautiful wooden house with cathedral ceilings and glass windows everywhere. Surrounded by trees, it feels like a tree house very close to the city. Kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated. 800 square meters of yard with a pool and a slide. Living space is upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs there is a rumpus room, the fifth bedroom and a bathroom. Double garage and fully fenced. Small dogs welcome.

The things we love about living here

Clayfield is a beautiful leafy suburb and yet 15 minutes train ride from the city. It is full of traditional Queenslander wooden houses and nice coffee shops. Our home is literally around the corner from the best coffee shop in the area. We are 5 mins walk from Eagle Junction Station, trains run to the city and the airport every 5 mins.
We are 10 minutes walk from beautiful Kalinga Park and the Kedron Brook Creek. From Kalinga park you can walk or ride following a path to Nudge Beach. Houses here sell according to distance to this beautiful nature path.
