Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Bogangar, Cabarita Beach, NSW
We are a family of four who would love to swap our house over long weekends and over the Christmas / NY period. We have a gorgeous 4 legged friend (Luna the Golden Retriever) who we would like to take with us, however if you don’t have an appropriate yard, or want a dog in your place and are happy to look after her from our house, that would work also. Oh and we have a Bunny, who is very low maintenance We love surfing, fishing, bush walking and basically any outdoor adventure. We would treat your home with love and respect and leave it as good (if not better) as when we arrived.

Our house is situated in a quiet street in Cabarita Beach. Although our home isn’t ‘fancy’, it sure is comfortable, clean and homely. AND the location makes up for it’s simplicity. Everything in town is walking distance, including the beach, which was voted “Australia’s Best Beach’ in 2020.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other 2 with single beds (with pull out trundles if needed). We have 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.
We have a beautiful back deck which is great for BBQ’s (feel free to give our charcoal cooker a try). Our yard is fully fenced and secure, so great for pets and young children.
Great location to explore Byron Bay & the Gold Coast.

Only 35mins drive south to Byron Bay & 25mins drive north to Coolangatta. Roughly 50mins to Gold Coast theme parks. Bring your bikes and enjoy the Northern Rivers new Rail Trail (25mins drive).
