We are a family of 4, Mum, Julie, Dad, Nathan & 2 boys Ari 9 & Logan 12. We also have a gorgeous dog Georgetown who is a small Jack Russel cross. Nathan, mid 40's, is a Building Designer, Builder & Developer. Very active participating in multiple sports and adventures activities such as mountain bike riding, enduro and motorcross, camping etc. Julie, mid 40's is, a teacher by profession specializing in behavior management & dace however has worked alongside Nathan in the Family business Building, Design & Development company for the past 12 years since having children. Julie is very passionate about healthy clean living, dance & true quality family time. Logan, 12, aspires to be the next Messi and is a very active child with an Ever-ready battery. Ari, 9, is a very imaginative child very much into Dressup's, Lego, drawing & music. He aspires to be the next Slash or Jimmy Page. Georgie is just the cutest most behaved dog ever with multiple people jumping over each other to look after her. Shes been in a couple swimsuit shoots being her claim to fame.

Our home is a freshly renovated Queensland character home. We are lucky enough to reside in this uniquely beautiful home set on 8.5 acres, overlooking Trinity Beach and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, where one can sit back, watch the cruise liners roll in, boaties heading out to the reef & enjoy the abundance of wildlife near our doorstep, including wallabies, kookaburras, goanna's to name a few. With only a few minutes walk to local cafes, restaurants and the beach, our gem boasts 1 Master Suite with private ensuite, 4 Bedrooms (3 with optional kings or 2 long singles and one office where an inflatable mattress can be applied if necessary. 1 shared bathroom, 2 covered patios and a large pool surrounded by entertaining deck and and rainforest.
The home is large, private and spacious featuring a large pool table, children's foosball table, quality furniture, barista style coffee machine and integrated garden speakers for the multiple retreat zones.
Enjoy the view to the ocean, a walk to the beach via multiple points of access, bush walking and bike riding. Trinity beach is a popular beach both a tourist and locals favourite with quality cafes, dining, bars, convenience stores and bespoke shops all in very short walking distance.
Being approximately 20 minutes from Cairns CBD & Airport, Trinity Beach is a great central location allowing easy access to norther tourist hotspots such as Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Mossman, & the Daintree Rainforest and to the west the Kuranda & Atherton Tablelands, Yungaburrah, Malanda, Milia Mila & Ravenshoe. If you're up for a bit more of a Drive Mission Beach is only 2 hours South. The location also provides easy access to marinas to get aboard a boat to the reef or nearby islands. And many local waterfalls and swimming holes.
Smithfield Shopping center is 10 minutes away which includes multi-screen Event Cinema, many food & shopping stores a Coles & Woolworths grocery store.
Adventure can be easily obtained with hiking along the various trials and If mountain biking your thing, we would encourage you to bring along or hire a bike and hit the world-renowned trails at Smithfield which hosts annual Red Bull Crank Works & Downhill events. Fishing off the beach and rocks to the south of Trinity Beach is also a great way to enjoy the serenity, watch out for dolphins & turtles whilst trying to catch some dinner.
