We are a family of 5 looking for affordable holiday options and have decided to try out house swapping. We have owned our house for over 10 years so it is homey and very functional for our family. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool with a beautiful timber cabana. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge room areas as well as off street parking, wifi and 3 smart TV's. All rooms have ceiling fans. We have a well equipped renovated kitchen with a dishwasher and you are also welcome to use the BBQ which is located under our large undercover entertaining area. There is a Vuly swingset and trampoline for children to use as well as lots of other games, books and toys. It is located in a very quiet street, within walking distance to town, the river and a convenience store. Bellingen is renowned for amazing scenery, eclectic culture and its location. It is only 15 mins to beautiful beaches and 30 minutes to World Heritage listed National Parks. Coffs Harbour is also only 30 minutes away.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is comfortable and boasts lots of creature comforts. It has a pool, cabana, large outdoor entertaining area, air conditioning, dishwasher, BBQ, trampoline, swingset, wifi, 3 Smart TV's.
Main bedroom has ensuite and king sized bed with linen bedding.
Room 2 and 3 have single beds and room 4 has a double bed.
There is off street parking available.
