We are an Australian couple in our late 50's. Greg is a management consultant and corporate trainer and Natalie is a retired I.T manager. As Greg works for himself, he is flexible with dates, given adequate notice. We both enjoy hiking and swimming. Greg loves photography and Natalie enjoys cooking.

The House

Single story bright and friendly home with peaceful, private gardens and patios for eating alfresco in both the front and the back yards. There is an inground 8 metre pool and a number of fruit trees.

The things we love about living here

We are a 900m walk from a beautiful swimming beach!
We are a 900m walk from Black Rock village with supermarkets, coffee shops, butcher, bakeries, clothes, etc.
Our gardens are very private so we love eating outdoors when the weather is warm!
