We are a retired couple enjoying our time living between our “close to the city” waterfront apartment and our beach house in Mollymook Beach 3 hours south. Fiona was a special education teacher and passionate about children’s early education. She has published a series of children’s books for 3-5 year olds. Peter was originally trained as a teacher but enjoyed a number of professions working for government, on the Sydney Olympics, for the Professional Golfers Association of Australia and for not for profit - Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA). He continues to do volunteer work for SCIA and another charity. We are both fit and enjoy a range of physical activities. Together we are regular swimmers both in pools and open harbour and beach waters. Peter cycles with a local group and enjoys regular golfing. Fiona enjoys Tai Chi. We also both enjoy reading, the theatre, movies and the arts.

The two bedroom and two bathroom apartment has water views over Sydney Harbour and easy access to public buses, light rail and ferries. Bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Our modern and fully secure first floor apartment has a large dining/living area, separate small laundry, front balcony with sydney harbour views and back balcony surrounded by trees. Lift access to the apartment and a secure underground parking area. The apartment complex includes a 20 metre pool, spa, small gym and sauna. There is also resident access to a community 20 metre five lane pool and two tennis courts.
Note: we also own a 3 bedroom beach house three hours drive south of Sydney which can be used during the swap. Just 300 metres to a beautiful beach and across the road from one of Australia’s best regional golf courses - and so much more in this delightful rural setting.
