The House

We are wanting to swap our holiday house situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The whole property is exclusively yours to enjoy. The open plan studio is fresh and inviting, furnished with many hand crafted Tasmanian made pieces.
It features a Tasmanian oak king size bed, and a large leather couch, both enjoy views over the lagoon. The deck has a BBQ, dining table, comfy chairs and a sun lounge,- perfect to enjoy a drink from as you watch the beautiful sunset over the lagoon. There is a full size kitchen and an additional outdoor BBQ area at the rear of the shack.
There is also a garage with a laundry and another bathroom.
