Hi I’m Mez, I am a 50 year old with 2 teenage boys aged 18 and 16. I love to travel and explore new places. I am an artist and love painting, drawing and ceramics however find I don’t have too much time to be creative at the moment. My dream is to one day do an art residency in Europe (maybe when I retire!) When we travel around Queensland I love to pack the mountain bikes so that we can ride around and explore the towns we visit. I think biking is a great way to sightsee. In my spare time I enjoy the beach, my art, spending time with friends and discovering new places to eat. My favourite overseas holiday destination is Italy but I honestly love visiting anywhere and everywhere. I am naturally a clean and tidy person, a non smoker and not much of a drinker, mainly just a wine or ginger beer on the odd Occassion. I am definitely an early to bed, early to rise kind of person. This cost of living situation has really put a dampener on my ability to travel so I thought maybe another family would be willing to swap their house for my house for holidays :)

3 bedroom townhouse on 3 levels.
50 metres to Kings Beach (the beach is at the end of my street)

Bedroom 1 has queen sized bed.
Bedroom 2 has single bed and a fold out mattress that could be used for kids.
Bedroom 3 is the garage converted to a studio apartment with a kitchenette/laundry and small ensuite with shower & toilet.
Split system air conditioner in lounge room. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Parking - the complex has 7 car parks for residents.
Pool - there is a small pool behind the complex and Kings Beach has a salt water swimming pool also.
** PLEASE NOTE: House not suitable for toddlers as there are open stairs that cannot be blocked off**
