We are a family of 3 children and 2 adults. We love our home and living in Ashgrove. We would happily plan around availability of swapping parties! I am a mathematics teacher studying my honours in Psychology and my husband is a medical doctor. We (and our children) are very well travelled and we like to explore the world. We are extremely active so know most of the places to run, bike, swim, paddle board (we have 2 paddle boards) etc. in the Ashrgove area including details of local running groups, pilates etc. if interested.

Gorgeous Ashgrovian home (Large newly renovated type of Queenslander). 1000 sqm
Open plan living, double story, 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one is a double sink ensuite). Floating kitchen bench, all the electricals (thermomix etc.)
We have 3 children so we have everything children would need, although their rooms are furnished well enough for adult visitors.
Large rectangular infinity Pool. Manicured lawns and sub-tropical gardens - mango tree!. Outdoor dining - upstairs on balcony and downstairs.
Also children's outdoor amenities - funky monkey bars, duly trampoline, collection of bikes and scooters etc.
4 car garage, we keep 2. But space for a caravan.
Well sealed, ducted air-conditioning throughout.
