Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in McMahons Point, Sydney, NSW
I and my partner are a retired couple in our early 70s. We both previously had jobs in the public sector, I as an academic, Sue as an economist. We've done a fair bit of traveling in our past and plan to continue this but at a more leisurely pace, staying in one place for a month or so rather than racing around. We are only just now exploring house swaps, but its a lovely idea and fits well with our stage of life.

This is a modern apartment in a great location- overlooking (Berrys Bay), and next to a beautiful park and bushland walks overlooking Sydney Harbour but only 10-15 minutes to Uber/drive into the city, or 8 minute walk to station + two stops on the train (or 45 minute walk to the Opera House). The entire apartment building had a major renovation about 7 years ago and our apartment now has everything from the revamped wooden floors, modernised bathrooms, new kitchen, restyled deck, tiles and patio.
