Hi, Greg and I are an almost retired couple working in the Lutheran church setting. We have lived in the northern Gold Coast, Naracoorte SA, Walla Walla NSW, Swanhill Vic, for work. We have 3 adult children living in Brisbane and 2 grandchildren. We are non smokers. We enjoy nature, reading, the arts, walking, travel. Our house at Victor Harbor is available all year round at the moment.a close 2 minute walk to a lovely beach; also a 20 minute beach stoll to the heart of the shopping and tourist centre of Victor Harbor.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. It sleep 7 with 2 queen beds, 3 singles.The rear yard backs onto the Paperbark Trail following the Hindmarsh River. Its a picturesque 2 minute walk via the trail to a beautiful swimming beach and estuary area. Its an easy 15-20 min beach stroll to the heart of Victor Harbor's shopping and Tourist area. There's a nearby skate park and tennis/volleyball courts, cafes, Granite Island access, Cockle SteamTrain.
