3 bed, two bath, luxury architect-designed first and second floor home, five minutes walk from local amenities on Lygon St (Brunswick East) and ten minutes from Sydney Road (Brunswick) and Nicholson St (North Fitzroy.) Melbourne CBD shops, theatres and restaurants are 15 minutes away on your choice of three trams all a very short walk from the house. 20 minutes drive from the airport; 2 seater car can be added by negotiation; on-site parking space. House is set up with king bed in master bedroom, double in second bedroom and large bunks in third bedroom. Please note: access is via fairly large set of stairs to first floor.
