The House

A cosy beach house in Point Lonsdale. Or “Lonny” as the locals call it. A sleepy coastal town that is the perfect base for exploring the busier areas surrounding. Plenty of sights to see, surf beaches, dog beaches, cafes, wineries and bush or coastal walks. The house is big enough for families with an open fire place and large deck alfresco area for entertaining. The house is very close to Point Lonsdale golf course (award winning) & there are plenty of courses around the area.

The things we love about living here

We absolutely love the serenity and peaceful nature of the town and have been coming here our whole lives.
We are within 30 minutes of other coastal towns like Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Torquay.
We are a 15 minute walk to the beach and have lovely parks around us. We have a view over Lake Victoria.
The famous walk around the point takes you along back beach arriving at the front shops for a coffee at Pico and shop at the cute little boutiques.
Local wine bar noble rot is great for a sundowner before picking up local produce from the IGA supermarket and cooking at home.
