Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Sydney, Northern Beaches, NSW
We are recent empty nesters, but sometimes our two lovely girls still like to travel with us. Ken is a Maintenance Manager, Fran an Operations Manager and Angel our friendly cat. We emigrated here 16 years ago, and thoroughly enjoy living in this beautiful area of Sydney. We are keen to explore other parts of Australia and the world and have had ten successful house swaps.

4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms. One queen bed, 2 double and one twin bedroom. There is a separate lounge, with a combined kitchen/dining area. We have a good sized entertaining area with pool, and an outside dining setting for 8. There is also a spacious front porch area which is a good spot to catch the late afternoon sun. We love our home and will look after yours as if it were our own.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Frans home in Sydney. Her place is beautiful and uncluttered. Fran was friendly and easy to communicate with. She left our home spotless. Highly recommend

Ken & Fran are experienced house swappers and this was our first house swap. They were a great family to swap with, easy going, helpful and their place was lovely, really well done. Their cat Angel welcomed us every day and my son loved having her sleep on his bed. The house is restful and quiet with lots of great books. It is also located a short drive to wonderful beaches and the local restaurant strip was very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying with Ken & Fran and can recommend them for a house swap
