Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Newport, Sydney, NSW
We are a family of 4, with two boys aged 15 and 13. Jason and I (Ana) both work full time, hybrid (mostly from home), while the boys are busy with long days at school. School holidays is preferred while the boys are in high school. We are well travelled and very respectable. We are cautious, clean and tidy people. Our boys are used to staying at different places and know to respect it. We don't need much when travelling. Just happy to stay in a comfortable home with some essentials available (a kitchen to cook a meal, a place to relax and warm shower) which makes travelling so much more pleasant than staying in hotels. We like to feel like we are part of the community and staying in a home is often a way to have that belonging feeling. We have an 8 year old pug, which can be looked after by friends or stay with you if you are a dog person. We are also happy to look after your pets if needed. And happy to care for your plants. Car swap is available. We are a non-smoking family/ house and our home is open for non-smokers only. We hope to give you a lovely time at our lovely home. Happy to chat more.

Our home is set across the road from Pittwater with a public boat ramp and a jetty near by. Tile and polished floors, gourmet kitchen, lock up garage, child friendly secured backyard, Sunroom with access to the backyard, hammock with water views, porta-cot available. Private and roomy home. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. The Sunroom is adjacent to the third room and it has a sofa bed. Water views and fireworks view on NYE and Australia Day.
The backyard has a swing rope, fire pit, more hammocks between the trees. It's located 200 mts to RPAYC and about 500mts to the RMYC. It's less than 1 mile level stroll to Newport beach. Close to restaurants, The Newport and Berts restaurant and great boutiques. Easy drive or bus to all Northern Beaches; 10 kms to Palm Beach, 20 kms to Manly Beach, easy access to Pittwater.

Sydney Northern Beaches and Pittwater harbour. Our house is on the pittwater side of Newport, almost waterfront to Crystal Bay. We are about 1km flat walk to the beach. There are two Yacht clubs near by with restaurants and entertainment. The Newport is 5 min walk way with fabulous Berts restaurant above it. Kuringai National Park is very close, with great walks, beaches, waterfalls. Sydney CBD is one bus ride way, about 45 min, while gorgeous fun busy Manly beach is only 20 min away. Narrabeen lagoon is about 15 min drive away. There is a lot of private areas to discover around the region.

Thank you Ana for making our first house swap experience so amazing. Your home is such a wonderful space! It has a great feeling and was the ideal setup for our stay. It was in the perfect location for us being so close to Pittwater and an easy walk to the beach. Great kitchen (with everything we needed) and plenty of room to relax in the private leafy green backyard after big days out on the water. Communication was fabulous and made the whole process a pleasure. Ana and her family were amazing guests in our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and be more than happy to swap again in the future.
