Our unit is absolute ground floor waterfront on Sydney Harbour with a pool, BBQ and own private jetty (handy for launching our two kayaks). We are a family of four (mum, dad and two young teenagers). Our many house swaps have been a success and are looking forward to the experience again.

Located right on Sydney Harbour with a private jetty, our modern 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for summer. 2 bathrooms and Sleeps 6. It is a newly renovated 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in a quiet location and the only aspect between you and the Harbour is the swimming pool. Undercover, lock up parking for 1 car. Children's rooms have single beds, however on previous house swaps we have placed extra mattresses in these rooms when required. Two large patios and direct access to the large grassed area - ideal for entertaining and BBQs. Approx 100 m walk to the ferry wharf which takes you straight to the City (Darling Harbour 10 mins, Circular Quay 12 mins). Frequent bus transport as well. Fishing rods, kayaks and bikes included for your use. Good fashion shopping and supermarkets 5 mins away at Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre.

We stayed at Mick and Ingrid's home in Sydney, Drummoyne. The apartment has been renovated to a modernist, stylish theme of a high standard. Very easy living with two new sparkling clean bathrooms. The position on the water is absolutely fantastic, we walked out on the jetty, drinks on the front lawn overlooking the water. The ferry was literally 5 minutes easy walk so we could go virtually anywhere with a refreshing ferry ride. The New Year fireworks were sensational from this spot, great vibe, lovely neighbours. Really good communication prior to the swap. Our place was left spotless. I would highly recommend their property.
