Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Queens Park, Bondi Junction, NSW
We're a public servant and wine aficionado with 15 and 13 year old girls. We're fairly regular travellers, and have now done many fabulous house exchanges in Australia and overseas. We particularly like bushwalking, regional food and wines and the chance to experience the country lifestyle. Our family has pet allergies, so we can't swap to homes with cats or dogs.

Our federation house has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs is a queensized bedroom and a single room. Upstairs is another queen sized bedroom with an ensuite. There is a second bedroom upstairs. We use the fourth bedroom as a study, but it will comfortably fit one of our spare single mattresses. There is an extra toilet downstairs and a sunny courtyard at the back.
The house will easily sleep 4-5 people and could accommodate 6.
We're in a quiet suburban street that is close to everything you need to visit Sydney. We're 2 mins walk to Centennial Park, 5 minutes walk to a major shopping centre and 10 mins walk to a train station or buses to Bronte or Bondi beach.
Street parking available.

Our apartment sits between Bondi and Tamarama beaches, and is an easy 5 minute walk to either. We're 100 metres from the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk - one of the highlights of any trip to Sydney. There's a playground and park at the end of the street, so you can push the kids on the swings and watch the whales play in Bondi bay.
Bondi is full of quirky cafes and great shops. If you want more, we're only 5 mins drive or an easy bus trip to Westfield Bondi Junction, which is a shopping mecca.
Buses and trains are in easy walking distance and will take you to the city or beyond. So, we can offer an easy beach holiday or a great base to explore all of Sydney.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anina's and her family's stylish apartment. The apartment was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The location was amazing, I was able to walk everywhere and the scenery was world class. Anina communicated well and left my house in perfect order I would recommend highly.
