Mark works in aged care, Belinda is an editor and our two kids are 22 and 19. We have done many swaps over the years and enjoyed them all - it's a fantastic way to holiday. Note for 2022: We have a swap booked for December/January 2022/2023 but with adult kids at home we are struggling to find other times where we can all get away at the same time. We may be able to do Sydney swaps because we can still get to work if necessary, but most other swaps we will have to decline until our nest is emptier!

We have a recently renovated 4 bedroom house a 5 minute walk from Bulli beach. We have a deck with BBQ and lovely views. A 10km waterfront bike/walking track is at the end of our street. Cafes, bars and restaurants are a short walk and so are parks and the station, with regular trains to Sydney. Our yard is fully fenced so you can bring your dog with you and there is an off leash dog beach nearby.

We are a short walk from Bulli beach. Some great parks are within walking distance and a 10km waterfront bike track is at the end of our street. Beach cafes and restaurants are a short walk, as is the station, with regular trains to Sydney.

We recently had a very enjoyable stay at Belinda's well located house. It had modern conveniences and was clean and I particularly enjoyed relaxed on the deck. We were also able to walk to the beach and nearby eateries which we valued and we had fun exploring the area which is very scenic. Our own house was also very well looked after.

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in Bulli at Belinda's house. It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach with ocean pools. The house was relaxing and comfortable with a great kitchen & living area to chill out in. Belinda and her family looked after our place very well and were friendly & easy to organise the swap with.
