Retired (but still busy) couple. We have travelled and lived overseas, and are also enjoying seeing more of Australia. We like entertaining, and our home is ideal for this. We have no pets and have a manageable compact garden. We are open to any swap locations and times, except over Christmas and Easter. Our town house in an inner Eastern suburb is well located for tram, train or bus to the city, as well as many other attractions - including nearby cosmopolitan Box Hill. We are open to a car swap, if travelling interstate or overseas.

We recently swapped houses with David and Marlene for just under two weeks. We had a very enjoyable time in their lovely house. It was very clean and tidy, and also comfortable. It is in a quiet leafy street not too far from Box Hill, and within about 10 minutes walk to a small shopping area with supermarket, a couple of cafes, a handful of restaurants and takeaways, etc. It's easy to get into Melbourne via public transport or driving. It's in a very nice neighbourhood for walking in as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay there again. David & Marlen left our house in a perfect condition. It was clear they had taken care of it beautifully. Overall, the swap went seamlessly, and we would be very happy to do it again. We recommend David & Marlene very highly to would-be house swappers.
