Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Maylands, Perth, WA
I'm retired with a daughter and her family living in Coburg, Victoria whom I like to visit several times a year. I am a non-smoker but for my sins, an AFL football fanatic. I therefore like one of my visits to be between September and October to coincide with the AFL Grand Final in case the Eagles make the finals. I have completed several swaps to the UK and two to Victoria since I retired 15 years ago and will be travelling alone.

5km from Central Perth, 9 minutes by train. Single story unit in group of 3 units about 30 years old. Recently painted and modernised inside with good sized, paved court yard and small lawned area. Double beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 inflatable single bed available for study if needed. Unit is located 250 metres from Maylands train station and 1km to busses on Beaufort St. Only 9 minutes and 5 stops to Perth CBD by train. Trains run every 8 minutes throughout day and every 15 minutes in evenings until midnight. From Perth trains and busses radiate in all directions, including Fremantle and Mandurah. Use of car is therefore not essential but may be included in swap.
Train between Terminal 1 and 2 stops at Maylands station on way into city. They run every 8 minutes during day.
