My husband and I are in our 50s and believe house swapping is a great way to holiday. Bernard is a Sales Executive and I am a teacher. We are a family of 5 adults We have created amazing family memory through house swapping. We have found the experience to be very rewarding and look forward to our future holidays. Our family realise the importance, of respect and trust when staying in someone's home. My parents live at Coolangatta but their home is too small to fit the 5 of us comfortably. We are looking forward to sharing our home with you and hope you will enjoy staying in our home as much as we do. Our home has a great family feel and we enjoy our lifestyle here. Warners Bay is a beautiful area with the lake only a kilometer away. Walking down to the esplanade and along the water is relaxing and beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants and little boutiques to visit while your here. Charlestown Square is 10 minutes away with movie theatres and bowling alleys. There are beaches only 10 minutes away, Redhead Beach, Dudley Beach 10 minutes and Newcastle City is a 20 minute drive.

Lakelands is a quiet family estate, located minutes to Warners Bay, Newcastle. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, the main has a king size bed and ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms have 1 king bed and 2 Queen beds in them and the kids lounge room has a lounge with double foldout bed. We have 2 offices. There are 3 living areas to be used, a formal, a family and a childrens media room. Our home has ducted heating and cooling throughout. The outdoor entertaining area overlooks the pool, which is salt water and solar heated. There is parking space for a boat along the side of the house if you would like to bring one. Warners Bay has free music in the park every Friday night during summer which caters for both couples and families. There are many restaurants and cafes to visit for dinner or lunch. Lake Macquarie is an excellent place for fishing or skiing, as the water is only minutes away. Our lawns and gardens are well manicured. We love living here.

Newcastle is a gorgeous coastal city in NSW, 90 minutes north of Sydney and 45 minutes from the Hunter Valley vineyards. It is a 45 minutes drive to the Central Coast and 45 minutes drive to beautiful Port Stephens.
Lakelands is an estate located in Warners Bay. We are 1 km to the shops and the lake. There are beautiful little shops and picnic areas on the waters edge. Every Friday night there is free music in the park 1km away. We take down our chairs and an esky and relax from 6-9pm listening to the music. Our children take down their scooters and enjoy the evening riding around the esplanade. It is a wonderful way to unwind as a family on a Friday evening.
