The house is situated within only a five minute drive from Floreat beach and the beautiful Perry lakes playing fields and walking trails. 5 minute walk to the Floreat Forum shopping precinct with 2 large supermarkets and specialty shops, Wembley Golf course close by and an easy 10-15 minute drive to the heart of Perth city. 5-10 minute drive to Subiaco shopping precinct and Patterson stadium home to WA AFL teams.
