We are a professional couple with two boys, aged 14 & 11. We are friendly, sociable people who get along with others. We've had one swap through this site and have had pet sitters stay who've all commented that our home is lovely and we are good communicators etc. We would treat your home like it's our own. Architecturally designed home with all the mod cons including, european appliances, wall mounted TVs & luxurious bathrooms. Our home faces north to capture the sunshine, is bright and breezy and has bush & valley views. It's situated only minutes walk to the Woronora River where you can rent kayaks, canoes or motor boats, fish, picnic or bushwalk. We have surfboards, a canoe and kayak you're welcome to borrow. Sutherland station is nearby where trains regularly leave for the CBD, Cronulla Beach or the South Coast. It's just 30 minutes to Town Hall by train.

It was an absolute delight doing a swap with Lucy and Jeff. Woronora was a fabulous area to explore and not far from the beach. The kids loved doing surf school at Cronulla. The house was fabulous with lots of space and was easy to navigate. Communication with Lucy was great and they had left lots of great information about the house and the area. Our house was left in perfect condition and we would highly recommend this family for a swap. (We have our fingers crossed for another swap with them in the future - still so much to explore around the Sutherland Shire).
