We are a couple in our early 60s - Peter a GP and Heather a Counsellor We have traveled widely and completed many house swaps = in the southwest of our State, Albany, Dunsborough, NSW Mullumbimby, Sydney, Byron Bay, and Brisbane. We also swapped in Melbourne, and Switzerland for 5 weeks. It was amazing. We love reading, movies, wine, good food, travel, church, friends, our work, and one another! We are looking forward to some swaps in the future. We are open to swaps anywhere at any time. Peter and I live in the gorgeous town of Busselton, very close to the water, in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Peter is a Doctor and I am a Counsellor. Our children have all grown up, the youngest are twins who are 24 and who occasionally come with us.
We have a beautiful, comfortable brick house in regional Western Australia. Busselton is 2 1/2 hours from Perth The house is brick and iron roof construction. It was recently renovated and has up to date appliances, and a great kitchen.
WE have a beautiful outside entertainment area. There is also a pool at the house, which is well-utilised.
WE are close to the beach, centre of Busselton, with lots of tracks for walking, cycling, or pushing a pram!
We love Perth for its cultural activities - however there is a lot to do in Busselton; festivals, markets, great restaurants, wonderful adventure parks, movie theatres, performing art centre and some great shops and cafes.
We have a Cleaner once a week so the house is easy to care for. We do have two pooches which we would loved cared for. However, if this is an issue, let us know and we could arrange them to be cared for. They are small and friendly.

Busselton is a lovely coastal town, around 2 1/2 hours from Perth, and with a beautiful lifestyle and coastal system. Great for crabbing, fishing, boating, and sightseeing. We are 35 minutes from the wineries of Margaret River and the town of Dunsborough is 20 mins away. Longest jetty in Southern Hemisphere, great bike tracks, good restaurants, surfing - we have it all

A great spot to base ourselves for the weekend. Heather and Peter have a wonderful family home that was child and dog friendly. A nice quiet location, kids loved spotting the resident black swans, blue manna crabs and fish off their jetty. Close proximity to the foreshore, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, playground and ocean swims. Highly recommend for a house swap, in return they took good care of our house too!
