The House

Well maintained renovated character ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a block of 4 built in 1927. The large lounge/dining room has a working fireplace and a period servery to the kitchen. The main bedroom is large and has queen bed and television. The second bedroom/study contains a double sofa bed, desk and computer and exercise equipment including an elliptical trainer and exercise ball. Other features include an internal laundry and an enclosed porch area with cane day bed and chairs. The apartment opens on to the front garden and has a shared courtyard area in the rear garden.

The things I love about living here

Short flat walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, and 24/7 public transport :10 mins by bus to the city and ferries from Hayes St wharf or Cremorne Point
