We are a happy and active family with 2 children aged 12 and 15. My husband Peter is in the building industry and runs his own successful business and I work in health and age care support and teach yoga. We live in a wonderful community and really love living on the northern beaches in Sydney.

Our 3 bedroom home is located in a quiet street in leafy Allambie Heights. It’s light and airy, has a slow combustion fire for the cold nights and views to the ocean from the street. Walking distance to Manly Dam mountain biking and bushwalking trails, easy 10 minute walk to local supermarket, restaurants, cafes and aquatic centre. A short 10 minute drive to Manly beach and Shelley beach aquatic reserve (world class snorkelling and diving area)

Allambie Heights is a leafy suburb on the northern beaches surrounded by an incredible diversity of natural wonders. Located just minutes from Manly Dam which must be one of the beaches best kept secrets. The famous and beautiful Manly to Spit walk is close by while Shelly Beach boasts some of the best sea life to be found on the coast of Sydney. Local to the area is an array of farmers and craft markets, a eclectic mix of dining options, funky cafes and bars and all within 10 minutes of home. The Manly ferry is a fabulous way to get to the city and surrounding inner city suburbs like Barangaroo, Balmain and Darling Harbour.
