We have a great 4 bedroom house in Port Melbourne.
The house is split over 2 levels.
Level 1 (Ground) - living / dining area, laundry, toilet, kitchen , sunny courtyard with bbq, trampoline and basketball hoop.
3 bedrooms. 2 inside main house (each with single bed and pull out trundle), one in separate flat next to garage, queen bed with ensuite (our 14 year old sleeps here, so very comfy and safe).
Level 2 - 2nd Living area with study room and parents retreat with 1 x King bed and ensuite and balcony.
With an amazing cafe at one end of our street (OMG the cinnamon scrolls) and a great pub at the other you can't go wrong. 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you straight into the city. I walk to work in the city which takes 30 minutes.
10 mins walk to the Bay and about 8 minute walk to the main street in Port Melbourne.
