Hi, we are a husband and wife with 2 boys (10 and 7 years). We have succesfully house-swapped before and are looking to do more particularly with homes in Sydney, The Sunshine Coast, Tasmania, or overseas. We are open to offers! We love our coastal lifestyle and spending time in nature but we also love the city and experiencing lots of cultural events. We are very tidy and mindful people. We love our home in Casuarina and the surrounding areas. We have a 3 year old female cat that is very friendly and great with kids and a busy family life. We would like to have her stay at home while we swap. She is very easy to look after, often roaming the garden in the day and sleeping inside at night. We made the sea change to Northern NSW from Sydney 3 years ago.

Beach House with Expansive Views and a New Pool!
Our home exudes the feeling of a true beachside entertainer! It is architecturally designed and set among well established gardens with stunning hinterland views towards Mount Wollumbin. Sunset drinks in the spa are a non negotiable on a clear day!
Downstairs we have two generous living areas connected by the kitchen. Opening up to a wrap-around deck with a hot tub and a big backyard with a 4x7m pool and a trampoline. On this level there are also two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you're greeted by a parent's retreat with three interconnected rooms flowing onto a deck with sublime views, plus a walk-in robe and ensuite.
Our home can sleep 6. We have bunks and a fold-out double sofa bed downstairs and a queen bed upstairs.

our home is located in Casuarina on the stunning Tweed coast of Northern NSW. We are nestled between Kingscliff and Cabarita Beach and are an easy 45 minute drive to Byron Bay. Impressively we are only 20 minutes drive to Coolangatta airport and 30 minutes away from all the Gold coast has to offer. We have the best of all worlds! From our home it's an easy 400m stroll to the beach and bicycle paths that can take you for a leafy scenic walk or ride to Kingscliff to the north or Cabarita beach to the south. We are also an easy 5 min walk to a Coles supermarket, liquorland, yummy cafes, and restaurants. The ever-popular Spice den restaurant and bar is a 200m stroll away!

David & Kelly were awesome to swap with. They left their house and ours in immaculate condition. All communication was smooth and timely. Kelly even set up a group WhatsApp for easier communication. We had a fantastic time staying at David & Kelly's wonderful home. Their house was immaculate and wonderfully appointed with everything you require for a beachside holiday including the spa which was so relaxing and the height of decadence! They took wonderful care of our house as well as our dog Zulu, and the communication was terrific in the lead up to and all throughout the swap. I thoroughly recommend them for any future swaps and would happily have them at our place anytime in the future.

It was great to swap with Kelly and Dave. Their house was very comfortable, convenient and in a great area.
