We are Bernard & Ingrid and have been married for over 30 years and love living in beautiful Queensland. We have two grown up children who have left home but still travel with us occasionally. We love to travel and explore new places and have completed a terrific swap to Victoria with Aussie House Swaps as well as two wonderful international house swaps with another agency.

The House

Our 1930s timber home retains the character of the era blended with modern comforts. Located just a couple of minutes to the centre of Ipswich and a 35 minute drive to Brisbane, our house is perfectly located to enjoy the best of South-East Queensland.
The house has two bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a study with a fold out sofa bed. The back yard is fully fenced with a mature mango tree and a covered entertainment area with a bbq.

The things we love about living here

Character area with many fabulous Queenslander homes.
Great neighbourhood with terrific neighbours.
Close to Cameron Park and Queens Park.
Excellent cafe and supermarket within walking distance.
Easy drive or train ride (50cent fares) to Brisbane.
Lots of smaller towns to explore within easy driving distance in the Ipswich Region, Scenic Rim and Lockyer Valley.
