We are a French/Australian family. We both work in the public service and we have a daughter in year 7 and twin daughters in year 4. We enjoy spending our free time outdoors at beaches and national parks and exploring new cities, galleries and museums. We have done very successful home swaps in Australia and France and will treat your home with care and respect.

Our home is on the ground floor of a duplex of a quiet street and is walking distance to Bondi and Rose Bay. We have a small garden plus BBQ with open views towards Sydney Harbour.
Our open plan kitchen and living room are warm, light filled and fully functional. We also have a beautiful sunroom with views of the city and harbour.
There are 4 bedrooms with fans, one with a queen bed and ensuite, the second with a queen bed, the third and fourth with single beds. Our 2 modern bathrooms have showers.
There is off street parking in a carport.
The location is superb being nestled between several harbour beaches and the ocean side beaches. Public transport is very good (bus and ferry) and the city is approx 8km away.

Our family had a marvellous first house-swap in Rosebay, Sydney with Natalie's family. We were treated to a neat and comfortable city home with a lovely sunroom and outdoor terrace with a splendid view. It was very convenient to have a parking space so we didn't have to search for parking. The walk to Bondi Beach took us past a wonderful cafe called Shuk which became our early morning ritual. We were out every day, taking advantage of this fantastic and picturesque part of Sydney. Our hosts treated our house with care and left it in pristine condition. They also fed and watered our chooks. We consider this to have been a great first experience of house-swapping.
