We are a family of four with 2 kids (a girl 21, and a boy 13). Dad an IT professional and Mum a teacher. Family ties to Melbourne and Sydney mean we like to get back there from time to time. We also lived in Byron Bay for many years and enjoy any opportunity to get back there for a break too. We are also open to visiting other parts of Australia during school holidays. Endorsement from Cathy, Byron Bay ***** Lisa and her children are the most brilliant house and pet sitters. Our dog Coco and cat Possum love being looked after, walked, cuddled and fed by Lisa - and we love the regular photos and video updates that Lisa sends us when she stays. Lisa leaves our house spotless (in fact, probably in better condition than she found it!) and gives us such incredible peace of mind when we go away. Spacious, open-plan living in a two storey, light-filled home with large, grassy yard on quiet battle-axe block located well back from the street behind security gate. Outdoor play forte and slide for the kids. 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms, 3 x living areas, 2 x studies, plus outside undercover living area with siesta lounges and dining table. Ducted air-conditioning in all rooms; wi-fi, sync your Spotify to our music flow sound bar.
We keep our home organised and clean and are very respectful of other people's property. We have done house sits and house swaps for years for friends (and their friends) in Byron Bay, where we lived for many years before Brissie, house-sitting homes and looking after pets and gardens - and they have had us back time and time again.

We are just a 7 min walk to the Manly marina and esplanade on beautiful Moreton Bay. Close proximity to parks, netball courts, tennis courts, Manly pool, skate park, scooter/bike paths and esplanade walking track all within walking distance. Just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Manly, and18 kilometres to CBD. 5 min walk to train station. Wynnum water park and wading pool 8 min drive along esplanade. Weekend food and clothes markets on at Manly and sailing, kayaking and fishing. Catch the ferry from Cleveland to Stradbroke Island for a great day trip.
