We are Noel and Kareen, an active couple in our early 70s. Looking for medium or long term swap in South Island New Zealand (Christchurch, Otago or West Coast), April to November 2027.

An elevated house adjoining rainforest. Upper floor has open space kitchen, dining and lounge area. Outside is a spacious deck with dining area and comfortable seating. Main bedroom has an ensuite with a shower. Two other bedrooms share a nearby bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs is a large studio with a queen bed and a lounge area. Outside is a deck with a sitting area. Laundry is also downstairs along with double garage.

We had a terrific HOUSESWAP at Kareen's house at Buderim. Beautiful verandah up in trees for all our meals. Great location to visit Mooloolaba and catch up with family at Palmwoods. The modern open plan kitchen, family area and beautiful bathroom made our stay very comfortable. We arrived home to a clean and tidy house and would gladly recommend this couple for another HOUSESWAP.
