The House

The House

Our house was fully renovated at the end of 2018, and is modern and comfortable.
Upstairs : there are three bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has king-size bed and en-suite; and another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.
Downstairs : there is 1 bedroom and a rumpus room with TV and sofa bed downstairs. There is a powder room downstairs, and a separate shower / laundry. The living area is spacious with a separate lounge and dining room. Large kitchen with modern appliances. Bi-fold doors from kitchen lead to entertainer's back deck overlooking the pool, with a dining table and chairs, and an outdoor modular sofa.
There is wifi and airconditioning throughout.

The things we love about living here

  • Closeness to city centre but with a relaxed, peaceful feel.
  • Variety of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance at Stones Corner.
  • Bus stop nearby, and approx. 15 minutes to city centre / Queen Street Mall. Numerous art galleries / museums / places of interest in city centre.
  • Sports fields 5 minutes walk away.
  • Numerous cycle paths nearby.
  • Easy day trip to Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
  • Approx. 40 min to Wet 'n' Wild,and 1 hour to Seaworld. Other Gold Coast theme parks nearby.
  • Loads of options for day trips, such as Mt Tamborine, Springbrook, Binna Burra, Australia Zoo, Maleny and Montville.
  • Many beautiful bush walks within a 1 hour drive.
