Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Pottsville Beach, Pottsville beach, Tweed Coast, NSW
We are a young couple with two daughters (8, 4) wishing to swap our lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Pottsville Beach. We are open to all locations (mostly coastal). My husband is a plumber and I am a teacher, we love the beach and surfing and want to explore Australia as much as possible with our young family. We love living in northern nsw as their is so much to do and lots of great music festivals very close to home.

Lovely modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Located directly across the road from Mooball creek runs adjacent to the gorgeous beach which is only a short 5 minute stroll across the bridge. The house is conveniently located half way between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast, with both being only 30 mins drive away.
Pottsville is a lovely quaint town, and is conveniently located to lots of great spots like Cabarita Beach, Hastings Point and popular Kingscliff to the North and Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby to the South. Lots of beautiful beaches, waterfalls and other places to see and explore in the area.
We are also very close to the Falls Festival/Splendor site and the Byron Bay Blues FestivL SITE.

Our family of five had an amazing time staying here. The house was well laid out, tidy, and very clean, with an excellent outdoor area and television that was perfect for late afternoon and evening relaxation. The home had everything we needed, including air conditioning and fans to keep us cool. The location is brilliant—directly across from the river and within easy walking distance to the supermarket, swimming spots, and stand-up paddleboarding. We particularly enjoyed swimming at the river mouth where it meets the ocean. We used the house as a base to visit Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, the Gold Coast, Kingscliff, and other nearby towns, which was ideal. Amy was easy to communicate with and very friendly throughout our stay. We highly recommend swapping to this lovely Pottsville home.

Our family enjoyed staying for nine nights at Amy and Shane's lovely home in Pottsville. The location is awesome as it's across the road from a lovely tidal creek that has beautiful clear water at high tide, and a relatively short walk to a great surf beach. There's SUPs a kayak and surfboards available which is very handy. Located midway between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast made it ideal for day or half day trips to many different great locations. We loved the cute town of Pottsville and sitting in Amy & Shane's dining room surrounded by views of their lovely landscaped, tropical garden was a highlight. Amy, Shane and their three daughters were perfect guests in our home leaving it neat and tidy and treating it as their own. We highly recommend house swapping with this lovely family!
