Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Red Hill, Brisbane, QLD
We are a family of four with 2 friendly oodles, a spoodle and a cavoodle. We are both working professionals and our kids are pre-teens, a 9 year old daughter and 11 year old son. We love staying in "homes" as opposed to hotels because it allows us to feel like a local rather than a tourist. We regularly use sites like airbnb and stayz to get this experience and we would like to take the next step and try house-swapping.

We live in Red Hill, a charming, inner city suburb of Brisbane, walking distance (3km) to the CBD, great little cafes and restaurants (500m-1km), supermarkets, buses and many tree lined walking/bike paths. Our house is a 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, renovated Queenslander with a pool, trampoline and spacious back yard. The light filled, kitchen and dining area includes a dishwasher and coffee machine and overlooks our leafy, private backyard. The four bedrooms are upstairs, and the master bedroom with ensuite & WIR overlooks the quiet street. There are two spacious living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs with a kitchenette. The modern laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The lounge on the back deck is a perfect spot for a tranquil morning coffee.
