The House

3 bedrooms 2 living spaces and 1 bathroom.
1st bedroom is set up as a toy room with a fold-out koala double bed.
2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and is the master.
3rd bedroom is a kids room with a bunk bed.
There is a lounge and dining room. There is also a separate seating area.
A great deck out the back with a treadmill.
A laundry outside.

The things we love about living here

  • You will love the convenience of the location and the beauty of the Dandenongs.
  • The house is 200m from shops ( these include a bakery, pizza shop, chicken shop, restaurants, op shops, vintage clothing store, and a bar!
  • The house is 500m (5 min walk) from Tecoma train station.
  • Very close to Sherbrooke forest with beautiful walks and trails.
  • 600m from more great shops in Belgrave, including a cinema, and many brunch/lunch and dinner places, as well as a few places to grab a drink. 700m walk to Puffing Billy.
  • So much to do in the local area, from amazing restaurants to Belgrave outdoor pool, to Belgrave tree top adventures (ropes course), and visiting local waterfalls or hiking on local trails. There are also local markets on some weekends.

Great for mountain biking (not suitable for road bikes)
Other attractions in Belgrave include Puffing Billy and Tree Top Adventures.

Fantastic first house swap with Lorna and her family! Nestled in a fabulous location in the Dandenongs Ranges, it was so convenient to get around to see all the sights- bushwalking, waterfalls, and the beautiful townships of Sassafras, and Olinda all within a short 10-minute drive. The house was immaculately clean, beautiful wrap-around deck with beautiful views of the gums and we felt right at home instantly. Great communication also with some fantastic recommendations of things to see and do.Fabulous memeber to swap with.
