We are a retired business couple. We like to explore different regions of Australia by holidaying near areas where we can enjoy the outdoors. We are an active couple who enjoy swimming, walking, keeping fit, cultural activities, and visiting points of interest. We are non-smokers and have no pets and do not allow pets in a house swap. Car swap negotiable. Now ,because we have family and grandchildren in Dawesville W.A. we like to visit them every year so the Dawesville/ Wannanup/Falcon area is one of our favourite areas in which to do a swap.

A high set house in a private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house has quality fittings and has been renovated to include a large modern downstairs kitchen. Also downstairs is the dining and TV area and a small bathroom and one Q. bed.
Upstairs is 2 Queen bedrooms, one with ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Also upstairs is a large floor to ceilng windowed lounge with fireplace, and verandah, overlooking the bush surrounds. Downstairs is a deck overlooking the 10 metre saltwater swimming pool, and a brick BBQ.
