We are Carolyn and John, semi-retired, easy going, fit and active we love mtb riding, skiing, kayaking and TRAVEL!. We have three adult children, who also have our travel bug, and two little grandchildren, who I'm sure will follow suit. We have done many home swaps, mostly overseas and find it's the ideal way to travel. Throw us an offer and we'll see if it can work. Simultaneous or Non-simultaneous swaps are welcome.

We can offer a three bedroom home located in the Lake Crackenback Resort and Spa, that we privately own and holiday let. You will have full use of the Resort facilities and it's right on the edge of magnificent Kosciusko National Park, Thredbo Valley Track and beautiful Thredbo River.
Open plan living, joining onto a deck, with two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a downstairs bedroom with a beautiful ensuite.
( Our place is professional cleaned for over $300 a changeover clean. This will be negotiated in the swap.)

Approximately half way between Jindabyne and Thredbo on the Alpine Way. Many trails to ride and hike straight from the front door. Thredbo Valley Track and Thredbo River. Or drive about 15 mins to Thredbo Resort where you can catch the chair lift to start the iconic trek to Mt Kosciusko. Perisher Resort is approx 45 mins drive or 1 km to catch the Ski Tube in winter. Jindabyne is where you will be able to get your groceries. And many choices of dining experiences.
