Our house is situated in the small suburb of Bonnet Hill approx 10 mins drive to the Hobart CBD. Our house overlooks the magnificent Kingston Beach (5 mins walk away) which offers sandy beaches, great walking tracks, cafes, restaurants, pubs, speciality clothing stores, surf ski shop and a great community. We are situated on an acre of land surrounded by blue gums and native plants. Our house is on two levels with new kitchen/dining/ lounge room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large rumpus room. A/c on both levels and also a wood heater on the top level.
