We are a professional working couple who are very house proud and always ensure we carefully for and maintain a clean and tidy home which will be the way with your home too. We have children aged 10 and 15 who may come depending on the location or time of year. We are respectful and value interactions with others. We don't smoke and try to be healthy and happy and make the most out of our lives and environment. We are keen to get away especially during school holidays - Dec/January or October for 7-12 days or a long weekend if driving distance from Sydney,

Hi!
We are looking for a house swap for
1. late sept / Early Oct NSW school holidays for about 5 days
And
2 Easter 2026 for 5-8 days depending on location.
We have now organised a swap for Christmas/ January.
Fully Renovated luxury Sydney Federation 2 story free standing home in central Balmain with inner city living at its best and incredibly easy access to the very best of Sydney harbour, beaches and culture.
Park front views and tree lined street flows through to private and leafy entertaining area. Your living area has ducted aircon, King leather lounge, large mounted TV and mid century modern furniture and Mud Australia dining plates.
Upstairs 2 large bedrooms both with aircon. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite and Juliette balcony overlooking the park. Second large bedroom with palm tree views and main bathroom with bath tub.
Downstairs large bedroom with king size sofa bed or study and a smaller bedroom for child.
All bedrooms and bathroom (including bath) will be made up quality sheets and Aesop’s toiletries in the bathroom.

To top it off their home in Balmain is so beautiful with everything you need and was perfect for us to be near family over Christmas.
