The House

The suburb is Highgate which is very central to Perth CBD and all ameneties approximatley 3.5 kms (2.2 miles).
Our beautiful 90 sqm fully A/Con (heat & Cool) 2 bed 2 ensuites + 3 wc Apartment is northeast facing and overlooks tall trees and a well kept garden. A quite spacious balcony has an outdoor setting + a new beer fridge freezer and 6 pot plants.
A twin dishwasher is in the modern kitchen with gas hotplates and an electric wall oven. There is a pull out pantry and a fridge freezer, you may use any frozen food stuff and our only 'ask' is to replenish whatever you use which also includes the beer fridge.
Full WIFI and use of any streaming is available with your own Log In.
Wood flooring thru-out except for wet area's.
Main bedroom has a new TV, full King size bed with a newly refurbished Buit in Robes + drawers & shelving. The fully tiled ensuite has his n Her's vanities + toilet and shower.
A ‘lazy Susan’ is included on our 4 seated round dining table and to compliment the living area is a large leather King Living 2-3-seater electric recliner sofa + TV.
The 2nd bedroom consists of a King single bed, TV and a new hand recliner leather chair + a mirrored Buit in Robe + ensuite.
We have a separate laundry which includes a 3rd toilet + washer and a separate dryer.
Our gated complex has a small/medium pool with a BBQ facility and a compact small Gym.
All rubbish and recycled stuff is emptied weekly by a paid person.
We are a few minute's-drive to the CBD and have bus stops on either side of the road directly outside our (remote door) gated complex.
We would prefer our car not to be included in a swap as it may complicate stuff because we are an inner-city suburb, however we do have a spare car bay should you hire a car.
Only residents on our 1st level can access our apartment level by means of our ‘FOB’ in the elevator ie second level.
There are 3 parks literally around the back of our apartment and a 4th one is the well-known Hyde Park approx. 20 minutes-walk.
The Train station is a short 6-8-minute walk and surprisingly no noise at all as we are at the rear of our neat n tidy complex.
Beaches are within 30 minutes-drive away + Swan River only 5-10 minute- drive
Approx 8 minutes-walk to the Highgate / Mount Lawley Cafe strip, restaurants, bars, friendly pubs on Beaufort Street (see above).
Very near to the CBD + Swan Valley wineries are a 25 mins drive.
Train line is only a 5-minute walk.
Bus routes outside the complex straight into Perth City 5-10 minutes away.
Swan River approx. 5-10-minute drive.
Optus (Perth) Stadium 10-minute drive.
We have stated no children but if you have a baby, then we approve.
NB We are 2 hours behind Qld
