Spacious, modern, recently renovated 3 storey townhouse in a quiet block. Light, airy and large living spaces with balcony, 1 double bedroom with a ensuite, another large bedroom with 2 king singles, a study (a roll out bed could easily be used in here), 1.5 other bathrooms, and a garage for off-street parking.
A great base to explore the best neighbourhood in Melbourne. Central Brunswick East location - minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants along Lygon and Nicholson streets, but also very close to the parks and recreation areas around Merri Creek. CERES, Fomo Cinema, Beechworth Brewery, Melbourne Museum, the Zoo, Gelato Messina and Brunettis are all close by!
Great public transport options are a short walk away. 5 min tram ride to the heart of Carlton, 10 min tram ride into the CBD.
