2 bedroom 1 bathroom first floor unit in Paddington with off street parking. Unit has fans in all rooms, air conditioning in the lounge room and great views across leafy Paddington. Walking distance to great shopping and eating on Latrobe Terrace and 5 minutes walk from 3 bus routes. A great spot to see events at Suncorp Stadium.

We had a lovely stay at Kim's place! The unit is cozy and located in a charming heritage suburb. It makes the most of he sunlight we didn't even feel it was winter until we walked out side. We really enjoyed the sunny balcony for a morning coffee, and late tea. There are walking distance cafes and shops around, and charm boho middle east cuisine restaurant recommended by kim at the end of the street, the food there is just beautiful! It was a great city escape for the 2 of us that live in a coastal quite town. Communication with Kim was easy and we received all the instruction we need to have a comfortable stay. We highly recomend kim as host.
